Bill Adams – Chattanooga, TN
Bill Adams was raised in the church, Baptist and Methodist, and has never in his life not known of or considered God in his life. In 1988 upon graduation from Belmont University’s Masters in Business program the Lord personally entered Bill’s life and called Bill to follow Him. That began a 30 year journey of following Jesus Christ and growing in the grace and knowledge of Him.
In 1995 the Lord called Bill to begin to go into the highways and hedges to preach the Word and in 2000 Bill became a full-time evangelist.
In the early years Bill preached at seemingly every concert, sporting event, parade and festival in Atlanta and simultaneously the Lord led him to travel to major sporting events like the Super Bowl, Final Four and Olympics to preach.
In 2007 Sports Fan Outreach [SFOI] was born as an effort to bring more Saints with him to preach at these sporting events and now through the SFOI George Whitefield program Bill is seeking men who believed they are called into full-time evangelism to join him to saturate the Western World with the Gospel.
Over the years millions of souls throughout the Western World have heard the Word through Bill’s preaching and the great delight of his life is knowing and preaching Jesus Christ crucified.
Bill is married and has four children. He is a commissioned evangelist of the Diocese of the Central States of the Reformed Episcopal Church and is presently enrolled in the Masters of Theology program at Union School of Theology [UST]. You can read Bill’s frequent theological thoughts at his blog: Bill Adams’ Theological Writings – Views from an Evangelist.
Rich Albright – Hamilton Montana
Although I feel I was saved at 16 I had no spiritual guidance and for many years used Christ as a life preserver, calling on him only when desperate. Somewhere around 1990 I found myself much addicted to drugs and alcohol, I served my own private trinity, me, myself and I. Then about this time of full blown sin I had to regularly go to the In-laws house across town. I had to pass a little green church. For years I never noticed it. However one day, it began to bother me.The building I mean. The more I drove past it, the more I felt dirty and ashamed at who I had become. I had wonderful kids and an incredible wife. But I was arrogant and cruel to others. The conviction got so bad that I would hold up my hand and cover my view so I didn’t see that little church when I went by. After weeks, I couldn’t take it no more! I told my wife, that church is talking to me! We need to go. After quite the discussion, we went. The body was so gracious to us hippies. A few Sundays later we both cried out to Jesus Christ to free us from our hopeless drug addiction. To our amazement and His glory, He did. People that have been intimate with darkness truly appreciate the light.
My wife and I have been married 37 yrs. We have three grown children. All saved by the grace of God and serving in the same church in Corpus Christi Tx. I have a ministry at a local convalescent home to the aged and dying where I preach Christ 2-3 times a month and do evangelism wherever we can find a crowd. I have preached at churches a few times here in the U.S. and a few times in the Philippines. I am a Refrigeration Tech by trade. With the abundance of hunting, fishing and incredible scenery all around us here in western Montana it’s easy to get distracted, but my passion is the glory of Christ, the Authority of scripture and if I am so blessed to hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
We recently became members of Grace Church Missoula. (gracechurchmissoula.org)
Luke Augspurger – Chenoa, IL
I have been blessed to be married to my best friend for the last 5 years. Her and I have a passion for helping, guiding and leading young adults. In 2017 we challenged ourselves and went to New York City for a week to evangelize on the streets and in the parks. Coming back home we had a new zeal for the lost and got more involved with outreach. I’ve since had the opportunity to evangelize on the local college campus and took a trip to Chicago with a group on Black Friday.
I grew up in a Christian home but lived most of my life as a false convert. It wasn’t until 8 years ago when I was truly born again and began to live a sold out life for Christ. Since then, it has been an upward climb of excitement, zeal, power and freedom in Christ as He continues to transform me into His image.
Steve Bauer – Gill, CO
Steve and Christine Bauer are indigenous American missionaries based out of Northern Colorado, where they have been involved in one to one witnessing, tracting and open air preaching since 2004. They have also served as worship leaders, church planters and Steve has served as associate and teaching pastor in two churches. Their evangelistic efforts include preaching and witnessing at 3 previous Superbowl Outreach Missions, open air preaching at Cheyenne Frontier Days, warning and preaching to the attendees outside of Joel Osteen’s “Night of Hope,” and leading a team of preachers in Old Town Fort Collins, CO, where they have been preaching for over 15 years. They are members of the Evangelical Free Church of Eaton where they stay accountable to the elders/pastors and enjoy tremendous support from the body of believers. They are also utilized by the elders of EFC to teach evangelism to its members.
Outside of their missionary efforts, Steve is a full-time paramedic of 25 years and Christine is a homemaker and small business owner. They also operate a small, family farm with Christine’s parents in northeast Colorado. Steve and Christine’s primary focus after Christ (and before “ministry…”) is as husband and wife, and as “Mama and Papa” to their 6 year old son, Joshua.

Gene Bottoms – Georgetown, TN
Hello, I’m Robert Gene Bottoms, I was raised up in Georgetown TN spend my childhood days on a farm and at 11 years old I was saved in a little country church and eventually got my mother and father and all five of my brothers in church with me, I never dreamed of becoming a preacher until I was 30 years old and I got the calling to preach, I enjoy preaching in the open air, I have taught bible school in different churches and had children saved in my class. But most of all I love the lord and try to lead the lost to the lord. I met Bill Adams at the church that I now attend and he introduced me to SFOI and life just got better I really enjoy going with SFOI and preaching with my brothers in Christ, I don’t have any college education like most of the people that I preach with but I have a great desire to learn all I can about my lord Jesus Christ.
Dorothy Boyett – Lubbok, TX
I became a Christian in the 70’s,. attended church faithfully and engaged in all the activities although I only shared my faith when asked. When I read Hell’s Best Kept Secret I understood true Biblical repentance versus false conversion. I started handing out tracts and enrolled in the school of biblical evangelism on-line. After attending the Great News Network boot camp in 2004 my life took on a new role I was now “going out of my way” to engage people in Biblical conversations.
I heard about the work Bill Adams was doing with Sports Fans Outreach and signed up for the Super Bowl outreach in Dallas. Since then I have attended several and had the opportunity to go with a team to my native England for several evangelistic events.
I am a member of Temple Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas. Each week I go to Texas Tech University to hand out tracts and do one-to one witnessing.
Zack Braddy – Wake Forest, NC
My name is Zack Braddy. I am 34 years old. I live in Wake Forest, NC. I have been married for 11 years to my beautiful wife, Kim, and I have 4 children: Halie (9), Peyton (6), Lucas (5), and Ava (1). I work for Wells Fargo in Real Estate Technical Services. I came to know Jesus Christ 14 years ago at East Carolina University through the campus ministry of Campus Crusade. I have been privileged to go on several mission trips making Jesus known, including two summer projects with Crusade, and several trips to Europe, Africa, and southeast Asia.
I became passionate about street evangelism and reaching the lost in this way in 2008, largely due to the ministry of Living Waters and Ray Comfort. I have attended a couple of Ambassador’s Academies, and upon returning home to Raleigh from those trips, have begun to open air preach on a weekly basis at a local abortion clinic. I also frequent a local university in my area, and enjoy preaching Jesus at the local parades and other events. I love to workout, play sports, go to the beach, and spend time with my family. This will be my 2nd Super Bowl outreach.
Bryan Braddy – Wakeforest, NC
My name is Bryan Braddy. I am 37 years old and I live in Wake Forest, N C. I been married for 11 years to my wonderful wife Emily, and I have (3) kids: Colin (16), Aidan (10), and Dylan (7). My brother Zack has taught me, by taking me with him to parades and other local events around Raleigh, NC how to evangelize on the streets and other universities. I enjoy sharing my faith with others and look forward to opportunities at these events to speak about Christ.
I love to run, go to the beach, and spend time with my family. This will be my first Super Bowl Outreach
Tom Brewer – Denham Springs, LA
Tom Brewer grew up traveling as a dependent in an Army family. He got caught up in the “drugs, sex, and rock n roll” of the late 60s. After leaving home in the middle of his senior year in high school, he was led to the Lord in the spring of 1972 by a friend in Atlanta, GA. He then joined the Army and served four years in the infantry with the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, HI. He reenlisted for three more years in the Military Police at Ft. Polk, LA. The Lord used the Navigators to disciple Tom while he was in the Army. After leaving the Army, Tom attended NSU in Natchitoches, LA, for two years and then transferred to LSU in Baton Rouge, LA.
Tom helped start Grace Bible Fellowship Church in Baton Rouge, LA, and he met his wife Sharon in church, where they have been members since 1982. Tom and Sharon have grown under the ministry of Pastor Mark LaCour, and they have five adult children and seven grandchildren. Retired from doing desktop support at the LSU Libraries, Tom now teaches in a Christian Classical school.
Tom began doing open-air evangelism on the campus of LSU in 2013. The Lord brought other opportunities for street preaching, and over the years Tom has preached at the local abortion mill, parades, festivals, and downtown events primarily in Baton Rouge, LA, and in his home town of Denham Springs, LA. After preaching at Mardi Gras in New Orleans, LA, in 2019, Tom has been traveling with Jack Clark and Zoe White on Fridays to minister at the New Orleans abortion mill in the afternoons and open-air evangelism on Bourbon Street in the evenings. Tom also goes with the same crew to evangelize Saints fans at the home games in New Orleans. Whenever and wherever preaching, Tom’s prayer is that our gracious God will keep him faithful to the authorized gospel message as an ambassador for his Lord and Saviour, King Jesus
Dennis Buchanan – Huntsville, AL
I was raised by my mom in a housing project in Jacksonville, Alabama. The youngest of four brothers, and with my mother working all the time, I was exposed to the drug culture and party scene at a very young age. 3 1/2 years ago, after 38 years in active addiction, and following a failed suicide attempt, I was homeless when released from the hospital in Gadsden Alabama. Having nowhere to go the hospital put me in a taxi and sent me 2 hours north to Huntsville. I had never been to Huntsville before and all I knew was I was here because they had a homeless shelter called The Downtown Rescue Mission. The mission is a Christian organization that really believes in helping those in need with Christ’ love and sharing the gospel. Before you eat a meal there you are required to listen to a 15 minute devotion offered by a guest pastor. On my third night there I was listening to the pastor speak, and to be honest, I can’t remember from what passage he spoke, all I know is something I heard drew me in like nothing I had known, ever. I confessed Christ as Lord, and prayed for forgiveness of sin and for His saving grace right then and there. The next day I found out that the Downtown Rescue Mission has a year long in house discipleship and recovery program. The recovery comes by way of surrender to Christ and a renewal of the heart and mind through discipleship. Program residents receive approximately 2000 hours of bible study during their time there. Near the end of my year there I found my church home. Crosspointe church in Madison Alabama has been a blessing to me and has helped me to grow immensely in my walk with Christ in such a remarkably short period of time. I have been discipled by some of the most godly men anyone could ever have the privilege of studying under. Men like Mike Krause Sr. , Vince Stiffler, and Paul Harvey were placed in my path and I in theirs. God is now using me to lead men’s bible study, share the gospel in the evening devotion at the Rescue Mission (yes, the same where I first heard the gospel) and I am a manager at one of the seven area thrift stores that are the main financial support for the mission. I know this now, there is absolutely no way I can keep to myself this gift of His amazing Grace that has been given to me. After all, if I discovered tomorrow the cure for cancer, could I keep that to myself? Well, the cure for sin and death has been given me and I will NOT be silent! Soli Deo Gloria!
Alex Burt – Bethlehem, GA
My name is Alex Burt. I am married to a wonderful woman named Kim and we have two children. Kaitlyn is 25 and Luke is 20.
God found it in His mercy to save me in 1997 and I almost immediately felt the calling to take the Gospel of Jesus outside the four walls of the church. I remember hearing an old preacher say: “I hear all these young preachers complaining about not having anywhere to preach! Last time I checked, there was still a sidewalk out there!”
Although I didn’t realize it at the time, that triggered something inside me and before I knew it, I was outside our local Courthouse the first Saturday of every month preaching.
God really messed up my “normal” Christian life when I ran across Ray Comfort and his teaching, “Hell’s Best Kept Secret”. After hearing that sermon and listening to it many times I knew God was calling me to open air evangelism. My job relocated my family to Arizona in 2004 and while living there I was able to attend the Ambassadors’ Academy in California. Immediately following the academy I began going to Mill Avenue, which is right beside Arizona State University, and sharing the Gospel on Saturday nights.
In God’s providence we relocated to Bethlehem, Ga. in 2009, with the University of Georgia only 20 miles away. I am blessed to be able to share the Gospel through tracts, one on one conversations and open air preaching in downtown Athens on Friday nights and before home football games.
2 Corinthians 5:21
Taylor Callen – Fort Worth, TX
I’m excited to be attending my seventh Super Bowl Outreach. I am the Student Ministry Director for Hope Church in Lutz, Florida. I’m married to the godly Catherine Rose and we’re expecting our first baby in June. I’m new to the Tampa metropolitan area and plan to connect with other evangelists in the area for outreach. Right now, I’m trying to get my church more involved with Biblical evangelism and I’m looking forward to laboring with you brothers and sisters this year.
Jason Cantrell – Kathleen, GA
I didn’t grow up as a Christian and from a very early age I enjoyed being a rebel. While in High School I got involved with alcohol and drugs and was arrested for the first time my senior year. By the age of 21, my sinful and self serving lifestyle led me into Federal Prison where I served 28 months. Praise be to the Lord that He used this experience to get my attention and turn my life around. He converted me while in prison and then sent a man to disciple me. We got to spend a year and a half just studying the Bible. I now look back on my time in prison with thanksgiving. After being released in 2000, I moved to Atlanta and joined a “house church” that met in a coffee shop in Little 5 Points. As a church, we tried to serve the community and be faithful witnesses in this dark neighborhood. We got to know, serve, and share the gospel with the locals, the homeless community, and with runaways. I still enjoy going down to Little 5 Points and sharing the gospel. For the past 3 years the focus of my ministry has been to pre-born children, their parents, and those involved in the abortion industry. I try to offer help to all those who want it in the name of Christ, but I believe in a gospel centered approach to this sin. I believe in preaching the gospel and calling sinners to repent and believe on Christ. I also try to encourage the church to be a voice for the voiceless and to take a stand against the American Holocaust.

John Coble – Nashville, TN
I’m John Coble and I live in the Nashville, TN area with my wife, Cara. I didn’t grow up in a Christian home, but came to Christ just before high school. Many years later, in October of 2008, I was experiencing severe back pain and went forward for prayer at a special “worship and prayer” service at my church. I didn’t receive physical healing, but I did receive a burden for lost people and for sharing the gospel. (My back eventually got better after months of physical therapy.)
I discovered Ray Comfort and Living Waters ministry a few months later when my TiVo DVR spontaneously recorded “The Way of the Master”. In 2010, I had the tremendous blessing of getting to attend Ambassadors’ Academy (#13) and as a result got connected with Bill Adams and Sports Fan Outreach Int’l.
Since then I have participated in at least 10 outreaches sponsored by SFOI. I regularly preach on the sidewalks and outside special events on weekends in downtown Nashville. I also preach at most of the Titans football home games. Proclaiming the Good News has been the most exciting, meaningful adventure I can imagine.
Gerry Collins – Bakersfield, CA
I was not brought up in a Christian home and was influenced for the Gospel by other family members attending church where the Gospel was proclaimed. I made a profession of faith at around 14 years of age but soon that profession was placed on the back burner during my teen years. While in the Air Force as firefighter at age 20 God had me surrounded by Christians who shared the truth with me and this is the point where I truly believe God saved me and changed my heart for Him. AT around 2003 the Lord caused me through His word to fall in love with the Gospel all over again and gave me a hunger to share Christ with the lost more than I ever had before. I have been greatly encouraged in faith and desire to share Christ by the ministry of Livingwaters/Way of the Master. I have attended Ambassadors Academy which has opened up for me to participate in street evangelism. I am married wonderful woman and have 5 grown children. My desire is share the Gospel with as many people as possible as God allows.

Dan Davis – Seymour, WI
Saved by the hand of God shortly after my wife was saved some 21 yrs ago now. We have been married for 24 years and have had one daughter who’s recently married to a godly young man. I’ve worked for Wisconsin in the highway department for about 20 years and now serve in the area of roadway maintenance. I currently serve in our new local home fellowship “Word from the Barn” as the Life Events Deacon for the last 3yrs. I’ve been sharing my faith through testimony and tracts for about 20 years but only 3 years of experience in open air preaching. I’m looking forward to laboring alongside my fellow brothers and sisters in the faith in a much larger venue SBO 16 and declaring the Glorious Gospel of our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ.
David Day – Montgomery, AL
My name is David Day and I reside in Montgomery Alabama with my wife Amanda and our 4 children. My family and I are members of Morningview Baptist Church here in Montgomery where I serve as a deacon.
My family are in full time ministry as an Evangelist Catalyst / Missionary Service Corps Missionary with the North American Mission Board and Alabama Baptist Association.
I have been sharing my faith since the Lord quickened my heart in 2008 after hearing a sermon called, “Hell’s Best Kept Secret” by Ray Comfort. This sermon was used by God to reveal to me my sin against Him by the use the Ten Commandments, being as what Paul stated they are, “A schoolmaster” Galatians 3:24 The Lord worked wonderfully in my heart through the gospel and continues to this day to sanctify me, to draw me from sin, and to Lord willing to make me and my family as Thomas Watson has said, “an instrument of the glorifying God.”

Matt De Jesus – Tempe, Arizona
I was introduced to the Gospel at 10 years of age. I went forward at my church, made a profession of faith, and was baptized- not fully understanding what I was doing. My road of sanctification, like many of you, has been a rocky one. As I grew to became an adult I learned intimately what God meant when He had Malachi refer to Him as “a refinerʼs fire…” (Mal 3:2) as well as the passage in Proverbs that tells us He disciplines those He loves (Prov 3:12). God was purifying me by ripping the sin, which I was clutching to so tightly, out of my hands. No discipline at the time is pleasurable, but needed. Needed to become a useful vessel that would honor God, not bringing a reproach to His name. This is an ongoing process until Glory. After years of watching “On The Box” and “Wretched” I had the opportunity to meet Tony Miano. I helped him with several videos and I learned quite a bit about street evangelism. I was so inspired that I had to open my mouth as well to proclaim the Gospel.
I have 3 adult children that the Lord has richly blessed me with. God has also blessed me with a video production business that I’ve owned for more than 30 years producing secular and Christian videos. I have produced several videos for Tony Mianoʼs Cross Encounters Ministries as well as Apologia Church and others.
Peter Doherty – St. Paul, MN
My name is Peter and I live in St. Paul, MN with my three sons. I’m pursuing a Master of Arts Degree in Religion at Liberty University with an emphasis in evangelism and church planting. I enjoy swimming, cycling and running and compete as an age group triathlete during the summer months. I plan to go into full time ministry after graduation in 2020 focusing on evangelism and church planting here in the US and abroad.
I have not always faithfully obeyed and followed our Lord Jesus Christ. Like many who confess they are Christians, I did not fully understand the pathway to salvation and abandoned God in pursuit of the passions and desires of my flesh. It was when I was brought to my knees after 35 years of sinful and disobedient behavior I realized I needed to completely surrender my life to following Jesus.
Since that day in July of 2009, my life has been radically changed and is a constant journey of transformation. My transformation is not of my own will but accomplished only through repentance and the power of the Holy Spirit. Paul states; “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here” (2 Cor 5:17). Because of all Christ has done for me, I’ve committed the rest of my life to serving our Lord Jesus Christ and sharing the gospel with the lost every chance I get.
My friend Keith and I began open air preaching and witnessing to the lost in the summer of 2017 after attending Ray Comforts Living Waters Ambassadors Academy. We regularly “go” and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ at major sporting events, University of MN campus, streets of downtown Minneapolis and other venues and places that attract large crowds of the unchurched and false converts.
As evangelists we must preach the entire truth of the gospel and not just the peace, love and joy that is a byproduct of our faith. Many churches today are filled with false converts because they fail to preach about God’s judgement and wrath that lies ahead for those who do not repent of their sins and seek transformation through the power of the Holy Spirit. We must encourage the sinner to hit their knees in repentance if they are going to be saved when the day of judgement is upon them. In the words of Charles Spurgeon; “If sinners will be damned, at least let them leap to hell over our bodies. And if they will perish, let them perish with our arms about their knees, imploring them to stay. If hell must be filled, at least let it be filled, in the teeth or our exertions, and let not one go there unwarned and unprayed for.” May the power and strength of the Lord be in our presence always as we go out into a broken and sinful world and participate in God’s redemptive plan to rescue His children through their complete surrender to our Lord Jesus Christ!
Johnny dos Santos – Kearny, NJ
I was born and raised in Brazil. I came to New Jersey in 2010 with my wife and my stepdaughter. Although I was born and raised in a Christian family, I became a genuine follower of Christ in 2010 after the conversion of my wife. For over five years we served in a Portuguese speaking church, where I also completed theological training. Currently, I work in the construction industry where I owns and operates his company. My wife and I joyfully serve at Christ Our Hope Church. Our desire is to see the gospel of Jesus Christ proclaimed to all people groups, through the faithful witnessing of the church.
Andrew Easling – Downs, IL
I was Born again at the age of five. I grew up in a large family and was extremely shy. I recall the first time a friend took me out to evangelize, I guess I was around eight years old or so and we went to a grocery store. He left me near the entry with some tracts and proceeded to talk with someone in the parking lot. I remember I was so petrified that I could not so much as bring myself to put my hand out to offer a tract to someone. Around this time I had been learning through Ray Comfort how to evangelize. But I had not yet been able to overcome my fear, and had a deep root of fear of rejection hindering me. During this time I made a “deal” with God that if I could fly on an airplane I would share the gospel with whoever I sat next to. Well, by the age of eleven He granted that request and I was able to fly. The person I sat next to was an older woman and with great fear and trembling (literally) I presented the gospel to her. This began my experience in evangelism.
Since then I have shared Christ with countless people over the years, using my job and every day life to sow, encourage, teach and disciple the steady flow of people I am in contact with. I am now married and have three children–all of whom, I have learned, are my most crucial test and training grounds for outside ministry. I know that if I do not first invest in my family’s lives and train them up in the way they should go, then I am as the Bible says, “…worse than an infidel.” 1 Tim 5:8
My passion is to Do the will of the Father. I want to see our nation turn back to God; the only way is through the heart. “And he shall turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.” Mal 4:6. It is clear that as a father goes so goes his household, and as the household goes so goes the nation. I have seen and am convinced that we are in the last days and it is clear that unless we repent to God as a nation, we will be destroyed, just as every other nation in history has.
May God have mercy on us and may our hearts be turned back to Him.

Ben Grady – Madison, TN
My name is Ben Grady. I have been a servant of Christ for five years now. My childhood was spent in a secular home where I didn’t know anything about the Lord. The Lord got my attention after I came to Nashville and started attending a church where I was involved in a study through the Bible. For a time I struggled with whether the Bible could be trusted, but God supernaturally caused me to trust on His word and follow Jesus. Immediately I wanted to share the good news with others, although my knowledge was very shallow and filled with bad theology. I didn’t know anything about what it meant to follow Jesus, but I knew that He said that He had nowhere to lay His head and that those who claim to live in Him must walk as He walked, so I thought that God wanted me to be homeless to follow Him. I became voluntarily homeless, ended up at the local homeless shelter, went through their Life Recovery Program, and have now been on staff for a little over four years. Over time, God has opened my eyes to the glory of the depth of the gospel and good theology. The Lord has so blessed me to give me a job where I get to spread the gospel and work with computers at the same time. I now desire to do what I can to share with all of Jesus and to glorify God in doing so. I have also been blessed with a wonderful wife! We just celebrated our second anniversary.

Jamie Hall – Myrtle Beach, SC
My name is James Hall. I’m from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I am single, never married. I am 43 years of age. I have been street evangelizing for 5 years. I currently evangelize on the street around my area as well as neighboring states, Superbowls and the Kentucky Derby.
At 16 years old I surrendered to the Lord’s will on my heart. After many months of suppressing the truth. Listening to the Pastor preach on Hell. I sat on the back row of a Southern Baptist Church and became aware that day that Hell was very real to me. I had no idea when I was gonna die, or had any control over my life.
Being brought up in a church that had man- centered beliefs, such as decisionism, works, and tradition. I was unaware and had no discernment at the time.
Through studying of the Holy Scriptures for myself and relying on the Holy Spirit for discernment. Christ continually revealed the truth to me, and continues too, even to this day. About 10 years ago I heard a sermon that completely changed my life, called “Hell’s best kept Secret” – by Ray Comfort. The one sermon sparked the fuel for the fire in my desire and the love I had for Christ to share the Gospel.
Several years after being called to assistant teaching at the church I was from. I joined an evangelist group called The 5 Solas Outreach Ministry. After learning quite a bit of reform theology I was quickly brought to my knees again in repentance to the Lord. There I truly learned how to share my faith openly, Preaching through Open-Air, and one on one evangelism. We taught each other and Truly equipped ourselves for the work of the Lord.
Four years ago I defended my faith and view of the scriptures to my local church. After the confrontation I left my first church for Christ, my first love. I have attended two reformed churches since. The second Reformed Baptist church is my current church I attending now. Continuing to be edified by my Lord Jesus Christ till the day he calls me home. Soli Deo Gloria
Tim Hanley – Chapin, SC
I married Deb in 1975. Four years later, I was a public-school teacher, just completing my Masters in Educational Administration. A friend gave me Josh McDowell’s book, Evidence that Demands a Verdict, and I read it in five days. The Lord met me at 3 am in the morning when I was so convicted of my sin I cried out to the Lord Jesus to save me. I went from being a blaspheming agnostic, who hated Christ and Christians to a “new born baby longing for the pure milk of the Word,” who loved the Lord and His people. The Lord drew Deb to Himself about 3 weeks later.
We were discipled by the Navigators and the church we joined in Greensboro, NC. Two years later we moved to Chapel Hill to be intensively discipled and trained. We spent five years in Chapel Hill where both our sons, Joshua and Daniel, were born. In 1986 we moved to a suburb of Columbia, SC to be on staff with the Navigators doing community ministry. After two years, I went back to teaching and four years later the Lord called me to join the staff of Cornerstone PCA, our church at the time. Twelve years later, with an MDiv from Columbia International University and ordained by the PCA, I joined Chapin PCA as an assistant pastor. After nine years, the Lord called me to be a full-time evangelist with Reformed Evangelistic Fellowship, where I have served the Midlands of South Carolina around Columbia for the last seven years.
Along with many other passages, the Lord used the following Scriptures to call me to full-time evangelism: Acts 20:24, “But I do not consider my life as any account as dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of the grace of God” and 1 Thessalonians 2:4, “but just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God, who examines our hearts.”
I have a divine desperation for revival, the evangelization of the lost, and for believers to be discipled and equipped. My passion is to train individuals and churches in revival prayer, evangelism, and discipleship. I live to raise up young evangelists who will fill the Midlands of South Carolina and beyond with the glories of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Deb and I have now been married for 44 amazing years. Both our sons are married, and we have three beautiful grandchildren. I praise God for His infinite grace and mercy to us as we serve Him in the Midlands of South Carolina.

Jerardo Ibarra – Houston, TX
I was born & raised in Houston, Texas and currently live about 5 miles east of downtown Houston. All four of my kids are grown adults that are working or are in college. I work as an HVACR technician in the industrial chemical plants.
Raised in a catholic household, I remember going to church when I was small, but only knew religion. I knew nothing about what the Bible teaches to be born again. As a lost person, I lived in many sins of the world and did not think about heaven, hell or the consequences of my lifestyle. I was far away from God and comfortable in my sin.
In 2009, God opened my ears to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. God removed my heart of stone, gave me a new heart of flesh and put a new spirit within me. Of all the places for this to happen, it was at a funeral viewing of a coworker’s mother that I recently started working with. The pastor was bold and feared God rather than men. He did not scratch itching ears that night, he preached about our standing with God in our sin and the eternal punishment in the wrath to come if we did not truly believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. I could feel the conviction of all my sins at that moment. Then he preached about what Jesus Christ’s blood had done on the cross for my sins, I could not escape the love of God that had been shed abroad in my heart and the wickedness of my sin so I prayed and cried out for God to save me.
The Gospel preaching was presented in Spanish that night. A raise your hand and repeat after me prayer was presented. After fighting with my pride about what my coworkers that where next to me would think of me, I remember feeling completely hopeless without the Christ that he was talking about! Inside I could feel the price that was paid for me on the cross and I remember being broken and telling myself, “I don’t care if y’all laugh at me for the rest of my life, I WANT THAT CHRIST HE’S TALKING ABOUT!”
Unlike the common false conversions of a sinner’s prayer, God’s grace saved me that night and through the Holy Spirit guiding me to His Word of Truth. What I felt that night stayed with me from then on and I had desires and passions that I never had before and a hatred to the sins I always loved. I did not know what was going on with me. I would get excited every time I seen someone say the sinner’s prayer, just to later find out that it’s not a prayer that saves you and many times creates false converts. I would wonder why there was never that true born again conversion like in my life because I never had anyone hold my hand and disciple me early in my new birth, but God is faithful to save His sheep!
God saved me out of religion and gave me a desire to go into the streets and tell people about Jesus Christ. There was a desire to go to streets but it took years before I was obedient to my calling. I did not know what street preaching was or how to do it until I seen some guys preaching while I was leaving the only Houston Texans football game I have ever attended. Now knowing about street preaching, I prayed and God answered my prayer by sending me brothers that I could learn from, brothers that street preach all over the U.S. and around the world.
I started by passing out gospel tracts with brothers around the Houston area. My first open air preaching was at a Scotland Preaching Tour with JeremiahCry Ministries. By God’s grace, I now go every Friday and Saturday night to Downtown Houston preaching outside popular bars and club spots. I have preached at major events in surrounding cities such as Austin, San Antonio and Dallas. In July of 2019 the Founder of JeremiahCry Ministries made me part of the JeremiahCry ministry team and I am so thankful to partner up with brothers that are unashamed and boldly preach Jesus Christ and him crucified.
I have come to the realization that I have been bought with a price and I am no longer my own. I cannot stay silent about Jesus Christ and how He gave His life on the cross for sinners like me. Only by His grace and mercy will I continue to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ which is the power of God unto salvation.
All praise and glory be to God!
No King But Christ!
Sean Keefe – Raleigh, NC
Born in a non-Christian home, I was a flesh loving, non-penitent, non-regenerate Roman Catholic from New Jersey for all of my teenage life. When I was 20, by God’s grace, He intervened in some supernatural ways combined with the Gospel. Shortly after that, I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, the Thanksgiving of 99. Then I moved from Phoenix to Raleigh in 2003, met my wife, Elisa, in 2006 and married that lovely woman in 2007. I have two step children, Miranda and Joe. I worked as a property manager of an apartment community in Durham, NC from 2006 to 2016 and then for a marvelous Christian ministry (TWR). Through my wife’s encouragement and the fellowship/discipleship of more mature believers, I became more passionate about the great commission, specifically through street evangelism since 2013. By God’s providence I have had the privilege to publicly proclaim Christ on numerous occasions and many one-on-one conversations as well. This is not my first Super Bowl Outreach and hopefully not my last. Many of them were intense, but to serve the LORD in such a biblically relevant way is rewarding. Praise be unto the only God and worthy is the Lamb!
Eric Madia – Salem, WV
Eric and his wife Lauren are members of Jones Run Independent Church. He was raised as an unbeliever (he went to the Roman Catholic Church with his grandma sometimes) until he was 10 years old when his parents were gloriously saved. He was active in church but never really knew Christ until his early college years. Having wasted years chasing his own dreams, he realized that Christ was what his heart longed for.
One night at a small country church he surrendered to Christ and has never looked back. Eric Longs to share the true Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world wherever, to whomever, and whenever the Lord leads. A father of three and a grandfather of two, he now lives with his wife Lauren and his daughter Grace in Salem, WV.
Warren and Darlene Marquardt – Lakeland, FL
Warren and Darlene are originally from Wisconsin but now live in Florida. We were both born again by the grace of our LORD and Savior Jesus (Yehovah Elohiym), the Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit (Ruwach Elohiym), as initiated by the Father (‘Ab) in 1989. One God in three persons. Since then we have continued raising our 4 children into adulthood and now as empty nesters are seeking to serve our God in other ways. We are thankful for the ministry of SFOI in providing many of those other ways. We also do our own street outreach and from time to time abortion clinic ministry. We serve in the children’s ministry at our local church and consistently stay late at church to minister to the needs of the building and the people who attend services and arrive early to pray for the service that day and any other known needs. Our greatest desire as a couple is to be an example of Christ and the church to the world at large. We know we share equally in the ministry that God has given us to do and we honor the marriage covenant with the husband as the head (the example of Jesus who laid down his life for the church) and the wife as the church (seeking to serve Jesus in all things). There is no greater thing in life than to serve the Living God in all that we do whether separately or in unity. We look forward to serving with you in Miami!
Dick Maxwell – New Port Richey, FL
My name is Dick Maxwell and I surrendered to Christ in 1985. I came from a background steeped in drugs, alcohol and sinful dysfunction. At first I didn’t have any strong discipleship and suffered emotionally which resulted in a long road out of sin and into knowing His Lordship. I was eventually led to a church in 1990 and have been a part of it ever since, interrupted by five years helping establish training schools in the Dominican Republic. The name of the church is Calvary Chapel Worship Center in New Port Richey, FL and I have been on staff since October 14, 2002. Around 2010, the Lord called my wife and I to minister the Gospel at abortion facilities in the Tampa Bay area. For me it was both terrifying and fulfilling as I was forced to depend more and more on God to empower me to deny myself and obey my Lord.
Through relationships built in this ministry to God’s image bearers, we came to know Scott and Patti Smith and through that friendship I found myself not just introduced to open air preaching but invited to the 2012 Dogwoood Festival to receive training from Bill Adams, Scott Smith and Tony Miano and to put it into practice on the streets of Atlanta. I was off and running from that point forward.
Since then, I have been a part of a few training events with SFOI and this will be my third SBO. We are still heavily involved in ministry to the preborn. Our ministry around Tampa Bay and elsewhere in the country to the preborn holds me back from the time I would like to spend with other street preachers at times but that very same ministry would not be nearly as powerful if it were not for the fellowship that I have with SFOI and the guys I have come to know. SFOI is every bit as responsible as my own church in the work that God has done in my heart to prepare me to fulfill His calling.
In addition to proclaiming the Gospel at an abortion facility, we preach regularly in downtown Clearwater around Scientology facilities and during their outreaches, at various LGBT events as well as at public events in New Port Richey and surrounding cities. I recently taught a class at our church on proclaiming and and was able to use the book “A Certain Sound” by Scott Smith and Ryan Denton. I thank God for the fellowship of SFOI and for the iron sharpening iron which God has done through those whom He has placed me beside.
Mark McDonald – Seminole, FL
As far back as I can remember I had the distinct knowledge of right and wrong and a knowledge of God the Father in my heart! I never wanted to disappoint him but throughout my life I would do it again and again! Feelings of guilt gripped me to the core and my testimony is one filled with depression, drugs, alcohol, and broken families. I believed on Jesus Christ for well over 20 years of my 50 year life but it wasn’t until 10 years ago, when I married my wife Stacy, that I began to apply this truth I have known for so long to my own life! My sanctification has been a slow steady one and I praise God for his longsuffering and patience towards me!
My only aim in life now is to live in obedience to God! I hunger to share the love of Christ with those I meet! I preach weekly at a local abortion clinic as well as at Drag Queen Story Hours and Pride Festivals. My wife and I formed Life Plea Ministries back in April and have been so blessed watching the opportunities that God has afforded us since then. To learn more about the ministry God gave us please visit www.lifepleaministries.com. I want to learn how to share the Gospel and the love of Christ more effectively! I am looking forward to my first Super Bowl Outreach!
Jason McGough – Loris, SC
My name is Jason McGough. I am originally from Massachusetts. I have been married for 12 years to my lovely bride Missy. I have 4 children. Morgan (19), Jayce (10) Lillie (7), and Knox (1). And now one grandchild. Kennedy (6 mos).
I served in the U.S. Navy for 5 years aboard the submarine USS Miami (SSN-755) otherwise known as the “Big Gun” as a Mess Specialist (Cook). I departed the military in 2003 and moved to where I now call home, South Carolina. I began work at the outback Steakhouse as a grill cook and at that time met my beautiful bride, who was a server, Missy McGough. After hearing the Gospel and Christ regenerated my heart a year after meeting Missy, we were joined together in marriage and began our life together as one.
For about 8 years we immersed ourselves into a local Baptist church right down the road from where we lived and served in children’s ministry and choir singing. About 4 years ago a friend reached out to me about a local street ministry opportunity in Myrtle Beach. I had felt a burning desire to tell others about Christ, so this was my chance. After that night, I began to minister in the streets and joined my 1st outreach with a large group at the Fall for Greenville festival in 2013. After attending this outreach, I was introduced to SFOI and the SBO by a friend, and now this will be my 5th Super Bowl. My 2nd as Co-Director and 3rd as an unofficial Team Leader.
It has been a great pleasure serving with SFOI for the past 5 years as a student and helping hand to the ministry. I have met so many wonderful saints and look forward to serving more and more until the Lord returns or calls me home! Soli Deo Gloria.
Freddy Molina – Youngsvile, NC
My name is Freddy Molina, and I love My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I was converted in 2008 out of a life of serving self. I’ve been married to my beloved wife since 2010 and God has blessed us with 4 children. I’m a member of Hope Baptist Church in Wake Forest, NC. I hold to the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith and believe that the scriptures are sufficient for life and godliness. I’m passionate about preaching and teaching the Gospel in the home through family worship and in the streets or wherever sinners gather.
Stephen Morris – Raleigh, NC
Thank God for Jesus! I go by Stephen Morris, and I’m thankful for God’s grace that has brought me into His family as His son by Jesus’ blood and resurrection! I made a profession of salvation at age 5, but doubt and sinful living were consistent during my childhood and adolescent years. Many times when troubled about my eternal life/death, I prayed for salvation. There still remained doubting, and when I hit puberty, my bent toward sin grew. At age 15 in 2003, while with my family at a revival, camp meeting in Georgia, my brother Samuel asked my dad, “How can I know I’m saved?” In that moment the Spirit began deep conviction in my life, and 2 days later as my dad preached on “Thanks be to God for His unspeakable gift” the LORD God called me to Himself and saved me!
The doubting returned that same evening I was saved, and the rest of the summer was heavy with spiritual struggle. The Lord testified through His Spirit in my life that I was born again by my changing heart and ways, even though sin still messed me up and disobedience to Jesus as my Lord hindered my growth in grace.
Since the Lord Jesus revived a heart that wants to know and follow Him around 2012, He has grown me in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. His uniting me to His church by my fellowship with the local church near where I live in Knightdale, NC has blessed my soul. I was baptized on Easter Sunday 2013 and joined Imago Dei Church in the fall of 2013, and am now active with South Raleigh Bible Church. By the edifying of the church and the Holy Spirit, God the LORD has deepened my love to my Savior and my love to my neighbors. My prayer is “that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
Nathaniel Porter – Akron, OH
When I was six years old, I asked Jesus into my heart while I was on the potty. Growing up in an ordinary American evangelical household, I believed that praying the simple prayer of “Jesus please come into my heart,” was both necessary and sufficient to be saved from my sins. My parents had left the ELCA church we were attending around this time in my life because they had begun affirming homosexuality even in the early 1990s. We moved a non-denominational church that was more biblical, preached God’s Word, and encouraged personal study. Throughout my childhood my mom took me to all of the vacation bible schools and other church activities she could find. She always told me to think about Jesus before she dropped me off at. My dad always encouraged me to “keep my Bible where I could get at it.” My parents did the best they knew how to raise me in the fear and admonition of the Lord.
The problem was that the simple prayer didn’t bring about my conversion and Jesus wasn’t “in my heart.” The first time I look at pornography was when I was thirteen, I first got drunk when I was seventeen, and the first time I abused drugs was when I was twenty-three. I lived my life as a moralistic-therapeutic-deist. I was moralistic because I knew the Bible and the rules of pietistic Christianity. I was either proud and self-justified by this knowledge, or crushed when I failed to live up to my imaged standard. At the times I was crushed, I would come to God to therapeutically to either have my sins forgiven and to get more of His stuff. Finally, I was very deistic in that I didn’t see God as particularly involved in my affairs.
My conversion came when I was in law school at the age of twenty-seven. During the time I was in law school I had become severely addicted to Adderall and opiates. I had even obtained two different scripts from separate doctors. I was eventually caught double-dipping, cut off by the doctors, and was no longer able to continue in my addiction. Because of this I was forced to take a medical leave from law school and also to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. AA’s third step is to “Make a decision to turn your will and life over to God.” This is an impossible task for the natural man as I quickly found out. Around this time, I was also listening to sermons by a famous preacher in the Presbyterian tradition who made a point to preach the Gospel each time he exposited the Word. One night I had cried out that Jesus would never leave me, and this time God used a simple prayer to effect my conversion. Something had changed; I was changed and I needed to know what had happened.
I became Reformed early in my faith. When I was converted I immediately knew that my entire life I had not actually been a Christian. The first book of the Bible that I studied in any depth was Paul’s letter to the Romans. Romans 1:18-32 was the first place in the Bible that I noticed the Scriptures lining up perfectly with reality because it seemed to perfectly describe the depths of my depravity. I realized from this study that I was formally a God-hater and was now made new threw faith in Christ alone and not by any moralistic work.
Shortly after I became a Christian I served for three and half years in the middle school ministry at my former non-denomination church. There I taught a group of students from the time they were in sixth grade through eighth grade and began with a fresh crop of students until I moved to a new church in the winter of 2018. I am now a member of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and hold to the Westminster Standards. I have been engaged in street evangelism since the summer of 2018.

Heath Pucel – Green Bay, WI
My name is Heath Pucel. I’ve been married 15 years a wonderful wife who keeps me humble. I live in Green Bay Wisconsin, and have a passion for teaching and training the Word. The Lord graciously granted me repentance unto salvation and from my false conversion in 2004 when I was praying in my naivety for how to share my faith Biblically. I attended previous witnessing training but it was more lifestyle evangelism; but in 2004, not only did he show me how, He also brought me to repentance in faith through the ministry of Living Waters. Since then, I’ve had a desire and burden to share the Gospel in Green Bay, around the country and abroad. My past experience with evangelism has opened up opportunities for me to attend outings such as: 2008 Ambassadors Academy #3, 6 Super Bowl Outreaches, 5 Kentucky Derby Outreaches, OAC SET 2012 and 2013. The Sweet Auburn Festival, ministry at ASU, UW Stevens Point and Madison campuses. Numerous local events such as Walleye weekend, Wisconsin State Fair, Jehovah’s Witness conventions, and Green Bay Packer Games. God has given me the privilege to meet up with faithful saints locally and across the country to labor and minister His word in the open air as well as lead outreach teams with all praise, glory and honor to His name.
Joshua & Rachael Richards – Belle Center, Ohio
Greetings to our World Wide Web visitors in the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. We are the Richards Family “Missionaries to Ohio…and beyond!”
In 2006, Joshua Richards went on his first mission’s trip with missionaries from Campus Crusade to Wildwood, New Jersey to share the Gospel using Spiritual surveys along the boardwalk.
In 2010, God further impressed the calling for Joshua to share the Gospel on the way to a homeschool retreat called the “Ohio Summer Rendezvous” when a Christian passenger accompanying him drew a handwritten sign on the trip that said “Honk if you love Jesus”!” and placed it the back window of the car. Joshua witnessed first-hand the favorable responses that fellow drivers had to it.
In December 2014, God called Joshua to begin open air preaching for the first time.
In November 2017, God led Joshua to join the George Whitefield Program led by Bill Adams of Sports Fan Outreach International. Joshua has shared the Gospel in 10 different states, as well as in Mexico, Honduras, and Brazil.
In August 2012, Rachael went on her first mission’s trip to England with Answers in Genesis. Rachael has also shared the Gospel in Ohio, Minnesota, Kentucky, and Georgia, as well as in Mexico and Brazil.
In October 2016, Joshua married his lovely wife Rachael. Together in June 2017 they purchased and moved into their first house in Belle Center, OH. In October 2018, they welcomed their first child, Isaiah Whitefield into the world.
Our ministry is to present unbelievers with the Gospel through tracts, scripture signs and banners, personal conversations, and open-air preaching of the glorious Words of God.
We believe God’s will for all outreaches is to love God, love people, and share Christ MORE!
Grace, mercy, & peace

Seth Richardson – Rougemont, NC
From the Kingdom Hall to the Kingdom Call!
My name is Seth Richardson, I am the husband of 22 years to my beautiful wife Linda and father of 3. I work full time in the field of Network Security and preach in Durham, NC weekly.
I was raised in the umbrella of the Watchtower Society and was baptized as a “Jehovah’s Witness” in 1997. I served as a faithful teacher and “evangelist” for the Watchtower for 17 years until witnessing certain events within the organization that led me to question the Watchtower claim to authority among other doctrines. In December 2013, I stepped down from my role in the organization and formally dissociated myself. After a few months, I heard a full and clear presentation of the Gospel by Todd Ellis of Make Sure Ministries in a Youtube video which led me to repent and put my trust in Jesus Christ to save me. I contacted Todd and Betty Ellis who conducted a Bible study with me and my family weekly for several months by phone until my family and I came under the discipleship of First Baptist Church of Durham North Carolina. My wife and I were baptized August 10, 2014.
I became active in street evangelism in the fall 2015 and started being trained in Open Air Preaching by Tommy Waltz and Gospel of God Ministries in 2016. I served as a Team Lead with Gospel of God ministries for a couple of years taking the lead in Durham, NC.
My wife and I are members of Springs of Life Bible Church in Durham, NC where I have the full support of the Elder Body to use the gifts the Lord has given me to encourage my brothers and sisters. I am grateful to the saints of SOLBC for sending me to Miami to herald the gospel. Most of all, I am grateful to God for His mercy and grace toward my family. To God be the glory!
Frank Rollberg – Muscle Shoals, AL
In the year 2000 God saved me by his amazing grace.I was raised Catholic when I was younger but my family only went on Christmas and Easter. I was sent to catechism classes and conformation classes but it meant nothing to me. It was just what you did back then. I lived my life as a rebel and was a wicked man only living for self. But at work one day at lunch there was a young man sitting across the table who was a JW. And he asked me if I were to die would I go to heaven?
I said yes I thought I was pretty good person compared to the rest of mankind, I said I did more good things than bad. He asked if I had a Bible at home and I said yes. He said read it. So I picked up the Bible never read it in my life and started reading it for the first time and GOD started to open my eye’s. I couldn’t put it down there was a hunger there that was never there before. After some months of non stop reading the Truth of His Word God was convicting me showing me that I was a wicked lost man born in sin and that I was not good at all according to His standard. In the spring of the year 2000 in my room one night broken over my sin I cried out to God to save me and forgive me of all my sin confessing and forsaking all the sin I could remember in my life repenting of all that I could remember and asking God to change my heart to love and follow Him in obedience putting my trust my faith in Him alone. From that day forward God changed my heart to seek after him and gave me such a hunger for Him and His Word. I had to tell people about Him and what He has done for me from that point on begain sharing with people especially my wife Lisa who thought I was absolutely out of my mind. She was not a believer at that time it took a couple of years for God to save her also Praise His Glorious Name! Tried to find a Biblical Church in the suburb of Chicago where we lived at the time and just couldn’t find anything biblical without driving 2 hours from our house. Evently heard Paul Washer speak in Alabama and a few years after that in 2008 we evently moved to Alabama to get our family under the preaching of the Word we took it that seriously. Our families thought we were crazy but we moved anyway. Went to the same church that we seen Paul Washer speak and about 3 years ago my Pastor who is involved with Heartcry planted a Church in the area and we are part of that work right now where we are members. We have the full support of our Church and Pastor for the evangelistic ministry that we do in and around the area which consists of open air preaching, college campus ministry etc. May our Great God receive All the Glory. There is No King but Christ!!
CJ Rollier – Morehead, KY
My name is CJ Rollier, I am 23. I have been a Christian for almost 7 years. I have been in full time ministry for around 7 months. I have been married for 3 and a half years to my wonderful wife Raini Rollier. I think I’m a fairly easy going guy. I don’t debate much but I do listen to all secondary non essential issues. I love all my brothers and sisters in Christ and I’d like to serve you any way I can. God bless you guys and remember… get some sleep.
Alexander Ruhe – Normal, IL
Alexander has always been someone who relied on his logical intuition to guide his life growing up. Raised in the secular school system, he became disillusioned with the biblical faith he was raised in and came to believe that science had all the answers. However, while in college, he earnestly sought to discover the truth of the nature of reality, and through exploring many facets of physics, mathematics, and philosophy, he came to the logical conclusion that, not only does God exist, but this God interacted in with his creation. Discovering that the God of the Bible he had been taught all throughout his childhood was true all along completely shattered his perception of reality and has dramatically reoriented his life. Now Alexander seeks to preach against the lies of science falsely so called, burning with a passion to give God credit for his creation and to help guide others through the deception he went through himself.
Peter Salas – Monroe, GA
I am 50 years old, and have been married for 22 years to Andrea. We have two sons (Jarod, 18 and Jonah 16). We enjoy the privilege of serving in ministry together. I was raised Catholic but walked away from it when I turned 18 years old, and continued to wander around as a pagan until the Lord saved me in the summer of 2000.
For over nine years, the Lord has allowed me to be a part of a wonderful group of men with whom I have been ministering in Athens, GA, near the campus of the University of Georgia, as well as at numerous events. By the grace of God, SBO ’19 will be my 6th opportunity to preach the Gospel at the Super Bowl. To God be the glory!
Jeff Sauriki – Summerville, SC
My name is Jeff Sauricki. I have lived in Grayson GA for the last 15 years and before that in Northeast Ohio. I will be married 42 year in August to my High School sweetheart Susan. My daughters Amy and Marianne live here in GA as well. I have 10 grandchildren. Amy is mother to two of my granddaughters and Marianne is mother to two granddaughters and 6 grandsons. I am a member of Lilburn Alliance Church in Tucker.
God called me to be an evangelist in 2009 and that same year I attended Living Waters Ambassador Academy #11. Some of my service to God has included going weekly to a Youth Detention Center for 5 years, the last 4 Super Bowl outreaches, Fall for Greenville, Dogwood Festival, monthly trips to minister in Charleston SC and other various ministries in Atlanta. These 6 years have taught me a lot about what I don’t know when it come to God and his word.
My prayer SFOI would honor the Lord, that everyone would be safe, that we would see God at work through us, that the lost would see and hear our compassion for the them and that brothers and sisters in Christ would demonstrate the same love that made 1st century people marvel.
Bill ‘DOC’ Shank – South Saint Paul, MN
I was raised in the Catholic religion. Less than 2 month’s after Graduating High School in 1982 I enlisted in the United States Air Force. On the evening of Resurrection Sunday (April of 1989, while I was working in the Emergency Room as an Emergency Medical Technian, at Ramstein Air Base West Germany), Chaplain Richard Spearman came in to visit us. While we were talking briefly, he said, “SGT. Schank, if you ever want to talk, Please call me and we can set up an appointment”. I made an appointment with Chaplain Richard Spearman (and we met once a week) for 4 week’s. During those appointments, Chaplain Spearman “took me through” the 10 Commandments. I experienced, exactly what GOD says in Galatians 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. I truly experienced Godly sorrow, as I sat in Chaplain Spearman’s office: and I wept over all of the sin in my life. Praise The LORD, that GOD granted me the gift of Repentance and I was born again on 26th of May 1989. Four month’s later, I went through a very similar experience just like Job experienced in the Bible. (I was Medically Retired from the United States Air Force for post traumatic stress. Due to the Air Show Disaster that happened at Ramstein Air Base on 28 August 1988. 3 Italian Fighter Jets collided while performing a Very Dangerous “Heart Shaped Maneuver”. The 1 Jet, “clipped” 2 other Jet’s on the tail of their Aircraft, and that Fighter Jet Tumbled right through the Crowd of Spectators: Wounding 500 people and killing 70 other Spectators. I was 1 of MANY Medical Personnel who worked on all of the wounded and dealt with many of the dead bodies. ***GOD IS GOOD, and he has brought me a Very Long Way in “healing” from dealing with all of that Trauma.
Praise The LORD, in 1993 GOD brought Ginny into my life and we were Married on 29 July 1995. She TRULY Is My Proverbs 31 Bride/Wife, & 7 day’s ago and Thanks to GOD: We Celebrated our 22nd Wedding Anniversary!!! We have 5 Adult Children: Sabrina (35), Eric (34), Aeron (33), Alyx (28), and Ana (27). And, GOD has Blessed us with 9 Beautiful Grandchildren!! During the Spring, Summer and Fall of 1993 & 1994 I did evangelism on the Street’s of Saint Paul: handing out Gospel Tract’s and 1:1 witnessing.
The very 1st time that I Preached in the Open Air, in St.Paul Minnesota, I experienced physical persecution from the Police; Unfortunately, I ran from doing evangelism on the Street’s, until 2005. The Spring of 2005 I started evangelizing on the Street’s of Downtown Minneapolis with other Believer’s. (2005- 2008 we handed out Gospel Tract’s and did 1:1 witnessing). 2009 is the 1st year that I started Preaching The Gospel in the Open Air, and by GOD’S GRACE I’m still Preaching The Gospel in Downtown Minneapolis and sometimes in other States. Praise GOD, I have been to the Super Bowl Outreach 6 times, the Fall for Greenville Outreach 3 times (when they used to have it), and I have been to a few Outreaches in New York City. Also, by GOD’S Grace and Strength, I have been to the Ukraine (during the Summer) on Short-Term Mission’s Trips 2009, 2010 & 2011. And, 3 year’s ago I was in Guatemala for a Short-Term Mission’s Trip. LORD Willing, this coming February, I will be 1 of the Team Leader’s @ Super Bowl Outreach ’18. ***I Love to Preach The Gospel and “Lift Up” The Name That Is ABOVE Every name. To plead with all of the lost soul’s to be Reconciled to GOD. And to warn/let ALL of them know, that one day Every Knee Shall Bow, and Every Tongue Confess That JESUS Christ Is LORD, To The GLORY Of GOD The Father!!
This past May 17th – May 30th: I was in Israel with 6 other Brother’s Preaching The Gospel. (6 of us were from the United States & Brother Desmond Smyth came from Dublin, Ireland). Praise The LORD, we Preached in Jerusalem, Caparneum, Eliat (I don’t know if I spelled that correctly; It’s the Southernmost City in Israel), and in Tel Aviv. The Gospel was FAITHFULLY Preached, we gave away MANY Bibles that were in the Hebrew language and Many Ingil’s (That means New Testament’s that were in Arabic). SOLO DEO GLORIA!!!
Andy Sherrill – Collinwood, TN
My name is Andy Sherrill. My story is one of redemption and undeserved favor. I was the youngest child out nine. My mother was a believer, but my father was not. Very early in my life the Lord opened my mind to receive the Gospel. I was very young, but I was a sinner through and through. I was saved in August 1990 at the age of seven.
At the age of fourteen, the Lord allowed me to go through a period of serious anxiety. I began to doubt my salvation and began to fear that I had committed an unpardonable sin. This fear crippled me. It drove me to my knees and gave me an insatiable desire to understand the Word of God. Over the next year and a half He graciously brought me through it with a deepened walk with Him and a new burden to serve Him. The Lord was so kind to bring my father to repentance during this time.
At the age sixteen, it became clear to me that the Lord was calling me into the Gospel ministry. The Church where I was a member put me under watch care to confirm my calling. Then ordained me in the summer of 2001. I have served in this very Church as a pastor ever since.
There have been many battles and many struggles through the years, but the Lord has remained faithful. He has given me a beautiful family; my dear wife of seventeen years and two lovely daughters. He has blessed me to serve in a Church, which is committed to the Truth of His Word. I have had the great privilege of preaching the Gospel for nineteen years. And I have been able to watch the Lord radically transform many people.
My story certainly is not the result of my righteousness, or of my own faithfulness. For in myself I have neither. My only hope is in the blood of Christ which was shed on my behalf. His atonement on the cross of Calvary is the foundation of my access to God by faith. I am but an unworthy sinner who has found grace in the eyes of the Lord and it is my desire to point other sinners to the only Savior, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Because of the Cross,
James Sherrill – Collinwood, TN
Formerly a Freemason and an entertainer, for the glory of self,

Mark Skelly – New Port Richey, FL
My name is Mark Skelly, I’ve been a Christian since the 1980s. I do several ministries. First a YouTube channel with Spanish testimonies, gospel music, etc… I get the videos from satellite.
Second is Evangelistic Art, these are murals in key locations that portray the Gospel message.
This year I’ve been a Missionary to Columbia, Cuba twice and Mexico. Just learned how to make my own T-Shirts, so I make my own Gospel Related shirts, I’ve sold several of these shirts on E-Bay. Weekly I do a tract ministry and a sticker ministry. I’m also exploring new ways to preach the Gospel, I do a “Prize Wheel Ministry” you take a one of those Prize Wheels and have a gospel related prize, it’s works amazing and people Come to you!
My degree is in Computer Programming, I have a small business that other people run, this allows me free time to work on several different ministries.
This year, I’m just starting to learn “Won by one” street ministry, and I would like to learn street preaching and that is why I signed up for this trip.
Andrew Skilondz – Normal, IL
I am a Mobile/Web Apps Developer at Clear Design Group in Bloomington, IL. I’m involved at Journey Church in Bloomington where I help with sound and screens. I love to go deep in study and discuss Scripture, theology and eschatology.
Everet Slaugenhaupt – Eaton, CO
I’ve grown up in a Christian home. I’m 17 years old. I believe it was in sixth grade up at a retreat with my youth group that a real, saving relationship with the Lord really began between Him and I. I plan to pursue some kind of degree at Cedarville University in the fall of 2020, and then go on to become a pastor. I got into street evangelism a while ago and have been mentored by an experienced street evangelist, Steve Bauer, through it. I wish to stand as the prophets of old did, as Micah, Amos, Jeremiah, and all the others, proclaiming the Word of God. I wish to speak the truth. Right now, I try to lead the young Christian men around me (although I don’t always do this too well) and want to see a great revival. Praise the Lord that in my weakness Christ is strong. “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21, ESV). And a phrase that’s stuck with me that my uncle once said, though it may be slightly paraphrased: “Let me know the Living God or let me die.”

Steven Stanley – Morehead, KY
My name is Steven Stanley and I live in Morehead KY with my wife and two sons.
I am currently the Pastor of Clearfield Baptist Church. I also have worked in healthcare as a nurse/nurse practitioner for 20 years.
I lived the majority of my adult life as a non-believer, then was a false convert for about 2 years before God granted me genuine repentance and faith in His precious Son. He immediately placed a burden on my heart for the lost that resulted in active street evangelism. I have attended the Super Bowl Outreaches in New Orleans, New York, Phoenix, San Francisco, Houston and also the last five KY Derby Outreaches. I live in a college town so when school is in session I enjoy going to campus to open air preach and hand out Gospel tracts. I have been active in abortion clinic ministry in Lexington and Louisville, KY for last 5 years
I am also attempting to be a seminary student at Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary in Owensboro, KY seeking my Masters in Pastoral Studies and ultimately my MDiv.
It is a privilege and honor to preach Christ and Him crucified and I look forward to laboring with my brothers and sisters in the Lord! SDG!
Chris Teal – Dillsburg, PA
My name is Chris Teal. I was raised Catholic, and attended a local church faithfully. None of that set me free from the bondage of a life of sin. It was all in the name of good works that I went to church on Sundays. That is not what saved my soul and made me become renewed. My conversion came about when I decided to truly open up the scriptures and read what God’s Truth is all about. Hearing the preaching of the cross is when I repented of my sin and asked for His forgiveness. It was the power of God’s Spirit that made the change in my life that I was absolutely helpless to do on my own after exhausting efforts. While reading the scriptures I began developing a compassion for lost souls. I reached out to an evangelist by the name of Tommy Waltz at Gospel of God Ministries who discipled me through a curriculum to learn how I can share my faith. As my faith became action I had an increasing desire to see souls won to the Lord. I was then introduced to Sports Fans Outreach, which allowed me to participate in major sporting events proclaiming the gospel to sports fans.
Joshua Tubbs – Helena, AL
My name is Joshua Tubbs and I live in Helena, Alabama just minutes south of Birmingham. I am married to a loving and faithful wife for almost fifteen years and have been blessed with four daughters. I was in the media and advertising business for close to twenty years before I left to start my own business. The Lord saved me around eleven years of age but I didn’t get serious about sharing the gospel until some years back. I was tired of being on the sidelines and even in the stands watching from a distance as the battle waged on the field of evangelism. I am grateful and thankful beyond words at the grace of our mighty God and His patience with me. I hope that the Lord can use me to share the gospel to a lost and dying world and that I can be an encourager to fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
Tommy Waltz – Raleigh, NC
I grew up in a family with no religious background. The leaders in my life were alcoholics and loved pornography, so this was my influence. I was born a twin. While I was in the womb, my position did not allow my right side to develop properly. I entered the world partially paralyzed and developed a speech impediment when I started talking. In the fourth grade I was diagnosed with a learning and reading disability. I was picked on a lot in school and was told that I was slow and dumb. During my late teenage years my father told me that I was not going to work on his farm because of my slow comprehension. I found work in Columbia, South Carolina as a personal trainer and my idol became my body. I also joined several rock bands. With my last band we produced a CD and toured the Southeast. This life was from the pits of hell. The longer I lived, the more I hated my life. I had no purpose, no meaning, and no direction.
At the age of twenty-three, a lady invited me to a play on the life of Jesus. It explained His life from birth to His resurrection. This was the start of the whole transformation. I didn’t give my life to Christ that night. I continued running for a year. As I read God’s word, deeper conviction of sin grew. I was on the verge of taking my life, but through God’s grace He spared my life. The night I was going to take my life I found a card in my room from a person that reminded me of Jesus’ love for me. Turning to the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world, I repented and placed my faith in Jesus that night in my room. My view of life is simple – Jesus died and came out of the grave for me, so I have to live for Him.
My Jesus found me broken on my bedroom floor not wanting to live anymore. Oh, how can I not share His Glorious Name? He has taken a slow, crippled boy off a farm in South Carolina and given him new life. I type this with tears in my eyes. I am a man who is blessed beyond measure with an amazing wife who has believed in me from day one and three amazing girls.
May we all boast together in what Jesus Christ has done in all of our lives. We serve an amazing God. He saved us and now He deserves our entire lives.
I have had the opportunity to lead a ministry called Gospel of God Ministries since 2009. GGM preaches and teaches the Gospel until faith becomes action.
The faith has a twofold action. First, it is pulling the unbeliever into the kingdom through repentance and faith in Jesus. Second, it is pushing the believer out into the world to share their faith. Find out more at http://www.gospelgm.com
This will be my fifth SBO with New Orleans, New York, Phoenix, and San Francisco under my belt by God’s grace. I look forward to leading my team alongside the other leaders at next year’s SBO. Go and proclaim the Gospel to see a life transformed!
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16
Jeff Warner – Bull Shoals, AR
My name is Jeff Warner, I’m 36 years old from Grants Pass, OR. I have a wife and 3 wonderful kids. I didn’t grow up in the church and didn’t even open a Bible until I got saved at age 29. I literally knew nothing about the Bible…I didn’t know about Adam and Eve, Noah, Moses, Jesus, etc, I guess you can say I was a true clean slate. I got saved on Sept 20th 2009.
I have been very active in sharing the Gospel for the past 4 years, prior to that I just didn’t have any idea where to start and didn’t know anybody who did evangelism, which is a sad commentary on modern day Churchianity. I started open air preaching in San Francisco at SBO ’16 and have been preaching regularly ever since. I was blessed to preach with a group of brothers through SFOI in San Diego at the MLB All Star Game as well as several events throughout Oregon and in Reno, NV, etc. The Lord has opened many doors for ministry this year and I can’t wait to preach with the saints at SBO ’17.

Ken White – Riverview, FL
Hi my name is Ken White. By God’s Grace, “I am the husband of one wife”, my beautiful and faithful wife, Webze White. Webze was born and raised in the Philippines, and has been in Christ and faithfully and diligently serving Him for many years, well before the LORD saved me and gave me a new heart.
I am 51 years old and am so incredibly thankful to the LORD to be able to say that I have now been serving the Lord Jesus Christ for more than half of my life – Only by His Mercy and Grace. The LORD saved me around 1990, and very shortly after, I began to share the Gospel (to the best of my understanding at the time) and soon became involved in missions.
In 1993 I went to the Philippines to join a filipino church planting ministry team which included, Webze, as one of the members, and that is where we met. Since that time we have also been involved in other interdenominational ministries, and though we would often question many things regarding various teachings and practices, the Bible, God’s Unchanging Word, has been our anchor all along.
Just over eight years ago, I was introduced to the doctrines of Grace, and some truths that were verified for me came together, which impacted me greatly. Very shortly after that, I was compelled by the LORD, including the LORD using a friend’s challenges to me, to begin to preach in the open-air. In the Power of the Holy Spirit and with the confidence of Jesus Christ and His Word, I have been preaching fairly regularly ever since. May our Great God be Praised for all that He does in and through such weak vessels as me! (2 Corinthians 4:5-7 / 1 Corinthians 2:4,5 / 1 Corinthians 1:26-29)
Zoe White – Tickfaw, LA
Hi, my name is Zoe White (pronounced “Zo”). I live in the little Village of Tickfaw, Louisiana; conveniently located between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. My wife, Chelsea, and I are blessed with four beautiful children and one on the way that keep our home quite lively: Zuri, Cruz, Crozby, and Azalea.
In 2016, God introduced me to the ministry of Ray Comfort at Living Waters and the concepts of Biblical evangelism. Although I have sensed a call to missions for many years and went on several mission trips around the world, God used the study of Biblical evangelism to convict me of how little I shared the gospel in my daily life and how unbiblical some of my methods were. I repented and asked God to teach me how to share the gospel obediently and faithfully. By His grace, I hand out gospel tracts regularly now, pursue evangelistic conversations everywhere I go, and I started my new life of open air preaching at the Super Bowl Outreach in February 2017. All glory to God for opening my eyes to the need around me! It is such a joy to proclaim the Good News that God is reconciling sinners to Himself through the perfect life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ! As His ambassador, I go forward into the fray, to declare the Good News of my King and Savior, that I may share in His sufferings for the sake of the elect and for His glory!
Through the assistance of Bill Adams and the George Whitefield Program, (and many other evangelists that have offered sound counsel) God has allowed me to establish Declaring Truth Ministries to bring God’s glorious gospel to the New Orleans area and beyond.
Declaring Truth Ministries glorifies God by declaring “the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation” (Eph. 1:13) through open-air preaching, literature distribution, and “everywhere evangelism” so that all peoples would hear and believe in Jesus Christ. Seeking to be good stewards of God’s grace in our lives, we are declaring the gospel of Jesus Christ boldly to all peoples and equipping believers to do the same.
We are building a team of ministry partners now to support our open-air evangelism ministry. You may learn more about partnering with Declaring Truth Ministries at declaringtruth.com/donate.
Ryan Woodhouse – Chasebugh, WI
I’m 39, married my HS sweetheart in ’02 and the Lord has given us 2 children, one of each. I’m an aluminum welder and have been working in a factory for 19 years/ I grew up as a nominal Catholic, moved on to being a professing atheist and then “converted” and became a typical lost, lukewarm pew-dweller. After 2-3 years of being a false convert God saved me in the fall of ’07 at the age of 31. It’s only since then have we had the children because I was sooo radically self centered and conceited that there was no way I was going to have a child “control me”. Praise the Lord that when He saves someone….He changes them! Since then my wife has gotten save from an entire life of false conversion as well!
For the past 5 years I’ve been very active in evangelism and basically started street preaching through Project Ezra. Since then I’ve been able to travel a bit around the Midwest preaching in a variety of setting and been so blessed with tremendous fellowship! Most of my evangelism is on a local university and on the streets here in western Wisconsin. More can be learned at www.Mark612.com
Mark Yoho – Sugar Valley, GA
Mark was raised in a non-Christian home in Canton Ohio with a little exposure to Roman Catholicism. Upon Graduation from High school in 1983 he served 3 years active duty military in the US Army. Shortly after discharge, the Nation being in an economic recession, Mark moved to the Atlanta Georgia area seeking employment.
There he met the love of his life and they lived together for 10 years. Through alcohol, drugs, and the pursuit of personal wealth Mark suffered the loss of family and all of his possessions. It was during this time that Mark walked into Newtown Baptist Church in Calhoun GA and heard Pastor David Ray preach a sermon titled, “You must be born again.” As soon as the invitation was given Mark met Pastor Ray in the altar where he repented of sin and trusted CHRIST as his personal Savior. On March 29, 1998 Mark Yoho was born again and life began to radically change. Mark began to share his newfound faith in CHRIST immediately and continued to make it a lifestyle.
Seven months later GOD restored his relationship with the love of his life, he and Gynnette were finally and forever married. Four years later, February 17, 2002, GOD called Mark to preach as an evangelist. As an evangelist Mark has traveled all across the US conducting evangelistic outreaches, teaching evangelism, and preaching revivals. Much of the evangelistic outreaches have been in the inner city and at major events. Since December 1, 2007 Mark has served GOD as a full time vocational evangelist in his own ministry, the Fourth Watch Evangelistic Ministry www.fourthwatchministry.com.
Mark and Gynnette live in the little community of Sugar Valley, nestled in the mountains of North Georgia. They have two married children and their home church is Sugar Valley Baptist Church in Sugar Valley, GA
